Auditions for the 2008 / 2009 Australian Vocal Scholars Program

Interest in the Australian Vocal Scholars Program continues to grow from year to year and we are pleased to announce that applications have now closed for 2008/2009.

The purpose of the Australian Vocal Scholars Program is to offer talented young singers, between the ages of 17 and 26, the opportunity to further develop their talents through a variety of performances and professional tuition. Each scholarship is valued at $1,200.

Thirty young singers have been chosen to take part in the program for 2008/2009 and their first concert will be at BMW Edge, Federation Square on Sunday 7 September 2008 at 3pm. See Australian Vocal Scholars Springtime Concert for more details.
