Auditions for the 2010 / 2011 Australian Opera Scholars Program

Interest in the Australian Scholars Program continues to grow from year to year and we are pleased to announce that applications are now open and auditions will take place for 2010 / 2011.

The purpose of the Australian Scholars Program is to offer talented young singers, between the ages of 17 and 28, the opportunity to further develop their talents through a variety of performances and professional tuition. Each scholarship is valued at $2,000.

Thirty young singers will be chosen to take part in the program for 2010 / 2011 and their first concert will be at Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre on Saturday 28 August 2010.
