4. The right is reserved to charge a Handling Fee for the replacement of lost tickets.
5. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the Sellers’ and the Venue's terms of admission.
6. The recording of, or televising of, events is not permitted unless authorised by AME.
7. It may be a
condition of entry to individual events that a search of person and / or
their possessions will be required at the time of the entry to the

• Lost tickets:
A Handling Fee may be charged for lost tickets.
When contacting us about lost or stolen tickets please ensure you have:
* Your details on how you paid for the ticket/s
* details of the event including: name, date, time and venue.
* an explanation of the circumstances.
Only
the credit card holder is entitled to collect the Lost Ticket Voucher
upon presentation of their credit card used to make the booking and
sufficient photo identification.
• Abandoned, Cancelled or re-scheduled performances:
Australian Music Events/RACV will only authorise the refund of a ticket if the event is cancelled or postponed.
If a performance is cancelled or abandoned by the Presenter, or if the
performance is not re-scheduled, the Presenter will ensure that the
Ticket Holder receives a refund of the Ticket price less handling
charge. Ticket Holders should apply for a refund in writing as soon as
possible after the event. The original ticket (s) and proof of purchase
will be required.
If a performance is abandoned (due to rain, adverse weather or fire)
after at least 45 minutes of the program, refunds will not apply.
• Refund and exchange conditions:
If
a refund is made, RACV and AME may, to the extent permitted by law,
charge a Handling Fee for each ticket refunded. In most cases, tickets
must be returned to the place where they were purchased.
If
a Ticket Holder reports a problem for which they feel they have grounds
for complaint, other than those specified in these Terms, and has
reported the problem to the Venue before the completion of the
performance, the Presenter should take all reasonable steps to determine
whether the Ticket Holder is entitled to an exchange option or refund.
Where a substitute seat is found that is satisfactory to the Ticket
Holder, no refund will be available.
At all times, the original ticket(s) and proof of purchase may be
required, and any refund may not necessarily be available at the Venue
at the time the complaint is made.
The Presenter will not be required to provide an exchange option or refund where:
*
the Ticket Holder is unable or chooses not to attend the performance,
or where the Ticket Holder has been refused entry or evicted from the
venue in any of the circumstances;
* a Ticket Holder applies for a refund only on the grounds that a performance does not meet his or her expectations.
